Managed capacity for CDNs, Carriers and Hyper-scalers that require connectivity or fibre pairs. Clients can host in their chosen locations, including WIOCC or Open Access Data Centre facilities. OATS will terminate the capacity and manage the infrastructure at the CLS, PFE hub or carrier-neutral data centre.

OATS will oversee spectrum management and offer a comprehensive solution that encompasses the design, operation and support of core infrastructure. This solution is applicable to providers who own a percentage share of spectrum on fibre.
