Mangangole Tsikinyane

Mangangole John Tsikinyane is a finance executive with over 22 years of experience in financial management, accounting and strategic leadership within the public sector and regulated industries. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at the Lesotho Communications Authority, where he is responsible for financial strategy, governance, procurement oversight and compliance with international reporting standards.He previously served as Director of Finance at WASCO and Chief Financial Officer at the Lesotho Revenue Authority, with executive responsibility for financial management, risk oversight, policy development and strategic planning. His earlier career includes senior treasury and financial planning roles at the Lesotho Electricity Company and the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority.Mr. Tsikinyane is a Chartered Accountant and ACCA-qualified finance professional, with additional executive management training in South Africa. He has extensive experience in financial governance, risk management and institutional transformation.
