Ryan Sher

Ryan Sher is the dynamic COO of WIOCC Group, where he leads global non-shareholder sales, product development, network operations and procurement. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Ryan serves on the boards of several WIOCC Group subsidiaries, contributing strategic oversight across the organisation.With a career spanning more than 25 years, Ryan has built a distinguished track record in the telecommunications industry. His career began at Reliance Globalcom (formerly FLAG Telecom), where he held senior leadership roles and developed deep expertise in international network infrastructure and operational excellence.Before joining WIOCC Group, Ryan applied his extensive industry experience to drive innovation, operational performance, and strategic growth within the organisations he served.Ryan holds an MBA from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, qualifications that further strengthen his blend of technical insight and strategic leadership.
